Cancer Diagnosis A Death Sentence Or A Call For Freedom?

Some strategies and suggestions I have learned during this time, I would like to communicate with you now. As promptly as you can, act on as many of these recommendations as you can.

a. Have way more fun.

b.) Laugh more and often.

c.) Stop reading or watching the news. Not only is it depressing, it is not accurate. Nearly all of it is negative and untrue anyway because consider it is a reporter’s job to promote the news. If it were correct there would be one hour of optimistic news and five minutes of pessimistic news. Much more is going well on our planet than not.

d.) Movie watching and TV shows, make sure they are only inspiring and positive.

e. The rivers and beaches require you to be walking on them more.

f.) Only enjoy foods you like.

g.) Take your focus off of your cancer signs and focus only on the health you are seeking.

h.) Become truly clear on what makes you happy and do more of it, cancer hates a happy feeling body.

i.) Feel good thoughts only is to be your focus.

j.) Either clean up or let go of relationships that are not healthy, they are toxic as is cancer.

k.) Have each day be a pleasure-filled day either by focusing on pleasant thoughts or by doing enjoyable activities.

l.) Your favorite music is important to listen to.

m.)Take more time to be in nature.

n.) Cancer or any other illness cannot exist in a body that is feeling happy. It can and has left many bodies.

o.) Do not even use the word “Cancer or MS,” these words in this culture are too loaded with fear-filled thoughts and they make it difficult for you to stay positively focused.

p.) Implement what I am sharing here and talk about how you are doing that, rather than talking about your illness.

q.) When fear comes up, take a moment to let it go.

r.) Death is not a bad thing. Its just a transition into a glorious other experience. Know that we are eternal beings and whether you live or whether you die, either choice will be fine.

s.) Relax frequently and learn some wonderful deep breathing exercises that help to bring the body back into a good feeling place. Stress always means we are out of alignment and have thoughts that are holding us back from happiness.

t.) Select a medical professional who spreads hope and not doom. You are the one who knows how to get well the best, so do not listen to people who want to talk about your illness.

u.) Pay attention to your feelings, they will direct you to your wellness each and every step of the way. If something feels bad, stop doing it or transform the thought to one that is more hopeful and happy feeling.

v.) Laugh often and more.

w.)Take the time to really get to know the people you love. Do fun things with them and let them know how much you like them.

x.) Meditate each day for 10 – 20 minutes and take time to write down things you appreciate.

y.) Find a Journey Practitioner to help you let go of past issues. I would be happy to work with you as I am trained as a psychologist and Journey Practitioner. Call me and I will be happy to work with you.

z.)Learn about the law of attraction by Jerry and Esther Hicks. They are the most profound teachers on this subject and their work may inspire and give you insights into how to most rapidly attract the wellness that your higher self has already created for you.
